e) The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
· Running a newsletter
· Handling inquiries via the contact form
· Handling goods orders – preparation, packaging, shipping
· Fulfillment of ordered services
· Handling relevant accounting documents
· Debt collection
· Presentation of offers or information
· Performance by the Personal Data Administrator of legally imposed obligations in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR to the extent provided for by specific regulations (e.g. bookkeeping).
f) The Website implements functions of acquiring information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
· Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is then entered into the Operator’s systems.
· Through saving cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on end devices. -
Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server. -

Your rights and additional information on how data is used
a) In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if this is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients: companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator.
b) Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. on keeping accounting records). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
c) You have the right to request from the Administrator:
· access to personal data concerning you,
· rectification thereof,
· erasure,
· restriction of processing,
· and data portability.
d) You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) against the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, whereby the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, pursuit or defense of claims.
e) You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Administrator’s activities with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
f) Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
g) With respect to you, actions may be taken involving automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
h) Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send it outside the European Union. -
Information in forms
a) The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
b) The Website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
c) The Website, in some cases, may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the url address of the page containing the form.
d) Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. in order to handle a service request or commercial contact, register services, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for. -
Administrator logs
Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for the purpose of administering the website. -
Key marketing techniques
a) The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis on the website via Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
b) The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to the user’s behavior on the website, which may give the impression that the user’s personal data is being used to track them, however in practice no personal data is transferred from the Operator to ad operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled cookie support.
c) The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology causes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a person registered on it is using the Website. In this case it is based on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. -

a) The Website uses cookie files.
b) Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Website User and are intended for use with the Website’s web pages.
